Sometimes, we have to go a little off the beaten path to find the hidden gems, of which there are many. Here is just a sampling.

Women are notoriously neglectful of their own care. Sure, we’re nurturers, but it seems like everyone else’s needs come first too often. Luckily, there are specialized services across Long Island just for us. Here is a round up of what area hospitals have to offer when it comes to women’s health.

Dining With A Water View
Does food taste better when it’s eaten with a view of the sea? I think so and that’s why, when the warm weather arrives, I welcome the opportunity to dine outside and enjoy the breezes off the bay or ocean.
